We expect you to have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance/Digital/Product Marketing and E -Commerce
  • 2+ years of experience in the role of Performance/Digital/Product Marketing Manager
  • Work experience and deep understanding of SEO
  • Deep understanding of the principles of the main Performance channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Price Aggregators, CPA
  • Comprehensive deep knowledge of Performance/Digital/Product Marketing and E-Commerce tools
  • Deep knowledge and practical experience in product analytics (Web, App )
  • Experience with various tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Similarweb, Serpstat, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets/Excel
  • Knowledge of Customer Acquisition and Retention Marketing , sales funnel
  • Experience in market and competitor analysis
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Advanced English level and above

  • Experience of working in a large E-Commerce project
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Experience of conducting A/B tests
  • Understanding of product monetization , CRO, UX best practices
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience or knowledge in launching promotions to stimulate sales of goods or services
  • Experience in launching brand strategies and integrated advertising campaigns (all channels)
  • Availability of Google, Facebook certificates and/or courses in performance/digital/product marketing and E-Commerce
  • Practical experience with Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Ahrefs, Semrush, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, Google Optimize
  • Technical skillset and scripting experience for automation, integration and growth hacks
  • Knowledge of marketing in general
  • Experience in Agile (Kanban/Scrum)
  • Strong leadership qualities

What you will do in this position: < /p>

  • Management of a dedicated team (Project Manager, Web Analyst, PPC-, SEO-, E-commerce/CPA- specialists) for customer projects by Kanban feemvorku
  • Keeping a backlog and prioritizing tasks. Decision-making on tasks/deadlines
  • Organization of work and team processes, task setting, delegation, performance control
  • Conducting all activities with the team: dailies, grooming, sprint/SOW planning, statuses tasks, strategic meetings, retrospectives
  • Creation, planning and launch of comprehensive strategies for Performance Marketing and E-Commerce for clients' products
  • Conducting deep analytics, searching for insights, growth areas at all stages of the funnel for client products
  • Creating hypotheses for conducting A/B tests, conversion optimization
  • Interaction with department heads in the preparation of strategies, specialist rates, SLA (Service Level Agreement), building processes, launching new tools
  • Interaction with client teams of partner agencies, presentation of strategies and solutions to clients with partner agencies
  • Financial planning and execution control for all projects
  • Responsibility for team launch of all advertising campaigns, execution of tasks and achievement of KPIs
  • Responsibility for SOW (Scope of Work) and P&L for projects
  • Speeches at conferences, writing articles based on Performics cases
