Senior Product Manager (Warsaw/Kyiv) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to provide effective management of the team responsible for payment infrastructure and monetization. Example of challenges that await you:- Build an offering system for a product with a transactional monetization model and an unlimited lifetime of active users;— Implement a “factory” of A/B tests of payment funnels for active product users;— In partnership with the analytics team, make a system for preventive identification of fraudsters;— Monitor and reconcile full-cycle purchases of a product solution: Analytics, Design, Development, Testing;— Build a partnership with the Payments Manager and COO for the effective development of the payment infrastructure;— Invent, design, launch and analyze tests aimed at increasing product metrics;— Conduct constant user and market research to find bottlenecks of the product and points for growth;— Be responsible for the strategic development of the area. The ideal candidate for us has:— Experience working in a product team as a PM/PO/BA, Product/Data analyst or Developer;— Successful cases of achieving business goals through the verification of product hypothesis;— Track record of personal victories as part of the product team;— Practice of implementing data-based solutions in business;— Skills of setting goals and their execution. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces.
