Key responsibilities: Understand product ideas and vision from top management and transform them into product strategy, goals, and aroadmap Conduct market and competitor analysis toprovide variants ofproduct development and define the right direction Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based onmarket research, user feedback, and business goals Define product success metrics and clarify the requirements with our execution team, collaborate with design and development teams Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept tolaunch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing and acceptance Manage the preliminary and final requirements, while ensuring timely approval bytop management Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback tooptimize product features and drive continuous improvement Ensure successful features’ rollout bycollaborating with our teams, running tests, and measuring the features’ success Stay informed about emerging market trends inthe B2B &B2C media landscape, including the integration ofnew technologies likeAI and machine learning topersonalize content delivery and user experience Track product performance and establish proper reporting onittostakeholders and top management Qualifications: 4+years ofproven record asaProduct Manager Deep knowledge ofthe product lifecycle management Proven record ofsuccessful delivery and management ofB2B and B2C Digital Products Ability tocommunicate with C-level and gather high and low-level requirements from top management Ability toassimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications Ability tomanage changes and keep clear product documentation Handling aheavy workload bysetting priorities Data-driven approach todecision-making with experience inproduct and market analytics Have apassion for detailed feature design and problem-solving Excellent interpersonal skills and ability towork inharmony inacross-functional team Entrepreneurial experience isaplus Fluency inEnglish.
