Senior Product Manager (Cloud) in Dataweb Global Group

Dataweb Global Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Cloud), who will be responsible for the success of the product, its development, and effective promotion in international markets.

Dataweb Global Group is an international hosting and IaaS Provider. Our solution scope includes full-stack IT infrastructure solutions based on enterprise-lever Bare Metal, cloud offerings, and content delivery services.

We work with clients across various industries who require custom-built solutions to manage significant computing power, such as VoD platforms, Martech/Adtech platforms, Fintech, AI/ML computing, gaming, and more.

Our mission is to provide personalized solutions for both business and people behind it.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of a strategy for the development and promotion of the product in the short and long term
• Analyzing the market, the main product advantages of competitors and user needs
• Developing proposals for necessary product/platform changes based on its value and uniqueness
• Formation and prioritization of business goals of products, maintaining Product Roadmap
• Risk assessment for your product, risk mitigation
• Working with product and platform backlog
• Setting goals and objectives for the development team, interaction with all stakeholders
• Formation of requirements for new functionality and support of the implementation process (drafting and approval of specifications and technical specifications, work with designers, content managers and other specialists)
• Gathering product analytics: analysis and optimization of funnels, analysis of feature success, regular monitoring of product KPIs, forecasting of financial indicators, responsibility for the formation and execution of product budgets
• Monthly planning and budgeting, project resource management

Requirements:

• Technical expertise in network architecture, principles of operation of servers, databases and other hosting infrastructure systems (will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of marketing and product promotion to the market
• Deep understanding of all stages of product, project and team management
•  Knowledge of specialized metrics, user data analytics and ability to work with them
• Competent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent skills in Excel, analytical and statistical software
• Attention to detail, the ability to highlight the most important things in the general information, systematize it and present it in an understandable way
• Skill in maintaining user documentation on the product (selection of tools, maintenance and up-to-date)
• Ability to structure and present information
• English language skills at upper-intermediate level and above
• Pro-Ukrainian position
