Senior Product Manager in SKELAR

We are currently launching a new startup in the style and fashion industry and are looking for the first Product Manager in business Joining the team now means:

- Working with fashion - one of the largest consumer industries in the world;
- Entering a niche when fashion continues to undergo a significant change in shopping patterns: the share of purchases through influencers and creators (over 35% per year);
— Actively attract business audience not only through standard Meta mechanics, but also through Tiktok and Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube influencers;
— Interact directly with the world influencers and creators - both in product promotion and in terms of content creation;
— Launch joint projects with global fashion brands, fashion magazines, platforms.

The startup is at the MVP stage, so in you have a unique opportunity to join the business at an early stage, have unlimited career prospects and grow to a C-level manager with responsibility for a large part of the business.

Your area of ​​responsibility will include:

— Close turnkey (with the involvement of necessary third-party resources, where necessary) all work on the MVP of the product, starting with work with payment providers and ending with work on pricing;
— Creation of a product (Web , in the App perspective) from scratch, active participation in the formation of the strategy and stages of product development;
— Generation of hypotheses to improve product and monetization metrics;
— Formation of product insights based on analytical data;
— Formation of a product team (from content managers to design and development).

What is important to us?

— From 2-x years of work experience in the position of product manager manager;
— Successful cases of building a B2C product from scratch in the US and European markets;
— The mentality of an entrepreneur — you feel comfortable developing and scaling where there was nothing before;
— Experience working with Jira / SQL / Tableau / Amplitude;
— Knowledge of key product metrics and their relationships;
— Good communication skills, the ability to quickly establish contacts and develop a network;
— Systematic and structured work, strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach;
— Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management;
— Creativity and ability to generate qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses;
— English level B2+.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
