A Ukrainian tech company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the company’s product portfolio growth (B2B/B2C SaaS and B2B tech solution). The role involves leading comprehensive commercial product development: hypothesis validation, launching new products, executing GTM strategies, unit economics improving.

Key Requirements

• B2B tech and B2C product management experience: a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Product Market Fit, GTM, unit economy & roadmap development
• Proven SaaS product development experience from scratch and in growth cases, with at least 2 years of experience, including ICP validation, customer development (CusDev) interviews, and MVP development.
• Proven ability to implement efficient monetization models and product analytics.
• Proficiency in GTM based on B2B customer acquisition.
• Proficiency in product analytics.
• English proficiency: at least at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Validate product hypotheses and ensure Product Market Fit, including GTM development.
• Implement monetization models.
• Lead comprehensive product launches.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Increase customer acquisition and retention in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Manage continuous product growth and improve user experience.

Recruitment Process

• Screening interview with the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, up to 60 minutes.
• Technical task.
• NDA signing.
• Technical interview with C-level team members, 60 minutes.
