- Ability to understand and interpret API documentation and effectively design interfaces that can interact with backend systems.
- Comfortable working alongside developers and can articulate design concepts and decisions in a language that is clear to technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience across all design phases, including conducting user research, creating wireframes, developing prototypes, crafting visual designs, and conducting usability testing.
- Some experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of technical capabilities, workflows, and constraints.
- A portfolio or case study showcasing a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work within fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative nature, enjoying teamwork and actively participating in collaborative ideation sessions with colleagues and partners.
- Expertise in popular design tools such as Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
