The general task istoensure that every element ofaproduct’s design isconsistent, coherent, and clear. Our ideal candidate ispassionate and possesses great technical acumen. Itwould beacool opportunity tobeonthe team ifyou are deadline-driven, have akeen eye for detail, and demonstrate good analytical skills. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams todesign and maintain web and mobile applications; Work onuser research, user interface design, prototyping, and interaction design; Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes tocommunicate design concepts; Work with components onanadvanced level toensure consistency and maintainability across our products; Requirements and skills: 5+years ofrelevant experience working inaproduct company oragency focused ondesigning SaaS products; Strong mid ormid-senior-level experience; Proficiency indesign tools such asFigma (Components, component variants, component properties, auto layout); Experience with user research, user testing, and user-centered design principles; Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience designing web and mobile applications; Proficiency indeliberate design decision-making and the capacity tosubstantiate each one with sound reasoning; Nice tohave: Agood level ofEnglish; Learn about our design philosophy and proce ss: Get insights into our user-centric design approach and principles atPeopleForce. -> Discover the PeopleForce Design Hub Why PeopleForce?
