The role of this position is to make our product unique in every sense. To achieve not only rational, but also emotional affection of our Guests.

What is important for us:

• Experience in product design with a B2C direction

• Availability of a portfolio

• Deep understanding of design principles and mastery of leading tools and methodologies.

• Experience of working in highload projects with the skills to overcome complex tasks and the ability to find creative and strategic solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate product design solutions and champion new ideas).

• Experience of exceptional contribution to design systems and/or participation in product redesign.

• Positive vision and ability to build an effective, dynamic and motivating work environment that inspires innovation.

• Be quick to adopt effective and qualitative changes in your direction.

What to do:

• Define, design and improve the MAUDAU user experience.< /p>

• Create prototypes, user flows and high-quality interfaces, focusing on meeting the needs of our guest.

• Conduct user research and gather information for making the right design decisions.

• Implement product design initiatives and innovations that directly impact product strategy and business metrics.

• < p>Partnership across product, engineering, marketing and analytics to create and implement design solutions.
