The platform is trusted by over 600 businesses, including industry leaders such as Deloitte, Rakuten, Reply, Roosh, and AJAX.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer at PeopleForce. We seek a talented Product Designer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The main task is to work closely with the product team under the supervision of a lead designer. The general task is to ensure that every element of a product’s design is consistent, coherent, and clear.Our ideal candidate is passionate and possesses great technical acumen. Being on the team would be cool if you are deadline-driven, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate good analytical skills.Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience working in a product company or agency focused on designing SaaS products;Strong mid or mid-senior-level experience;Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (Components, component variants, component properties, auto layout);Experience with user research, user testing, and user-centered design principles;Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills with SaaS projects, experience designing web and mobile applications;Proficiency in deliberate design decision-making and the capacity to substantiate each one with sound reasoning;Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and maintain web and mobile applications;Work on user research, user interface design, prototyping, and interaction design;Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts;Work with components on an advanced level to ensure consistency and maintainability across our products;Nice to have:A good level of English;Why PeopleForce?At PeopleForce, we believe in nurturing talent and providing growth opportunities.
