Senior Product Designer in TYG

Hello, dear lalafo! Our product is a C2C marketplace that helps 3.5 million people get rid of unnecessary things every month, find jobs, sell and buy goods. We have been working in Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Serbia and Greece for more than 8 years. In the spring of 2022, lalafo was launched in Poland. Our product is actively developing, and our team is growing. We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Senior Product Designer. Why you will like to work: —You will lead the project to create a marketplace control panel.—Your work will directly affect the lives of more than 3.5 million users.—You will determine the direction of the project through in-depth interviews, surveys and ability testing.—You will work with a large amount of research in a team of professionals: product owner, analysts, UXwriter, a team of product designers.—You have the opportunity to experiment, make decisions and even make mistakes, but always try again.—You will create value and build a flow that drives the main metrics of the product team. Your tasks will be: —Creating prototype of the marketplace control panel.—Creation of user flow, information architecture.—Prototype validation using UXtests, focus groups and observation method.—Participation in design activities with fellow designers.—Building a research strategy.—Interaction with stakeholders, developers, QA, Customer Success managers and designers .—Presentation of synthesized research data. About you: — You have 3+ years of work as a Product Designer (or relevant UXDesigner experience) in a product company.— You have experience in creating B2B/ CRM/ Saas etc. — You have an excellent command of the Discovery process.— You have experience in building a strategy of research.—You have an excellent command of Figma, Miro, Maze, Excel at a high level.—You have experience in using research frameworks (CJM, User flows, Heuristics Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Card Sorting).—You work with the Design System (Atomic approach, Auto-layouts, Properties ).It will be a plus: —Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.—Experience as an analyst. Knowledge of basic metrics.—Experience in conducting team workshops.
