Catch the ride!Job DescriptionResponsibilities Develop and implement analytical models for measuring product effectiveness, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs).Planning and monitoring statuses of tasks and team workAnalyze large data sets to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities for product improvement.Collaborate with development and design teams to define product requirements and prioritize tasks in the backlog.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance product functionality.Develop and maintain the product roadmap, considering analytical insights and strategic company goals.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency in the development process and analysis results.Create and support educational materials for users, increasing their satisfaction and loyalty.RequirementsAdvanced knowledge in data and analytics, experience with analytical tools (e.g. Python, SQL, PowerBi).Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.High level of organization, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.Experience in conducting user research and testing.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to market changes and technological advancements.At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or as a product analyst.Previous experience in a product owner role or close collaboration with product development teams will be considered an advantage.What do we offer?Competitive salaries based on your professional experience Fast growing international company with stable employment Annual vacation and 1 additional day off on your birthday Mental Wellbeing Program – the opportunity for free psychological counseling for you and your family members 24/7 hotline and online sessions Opportunities for advancement, further trainings (over 650 courses on soft and hard skills on our e-learning platform) and coachingFree English and German language classes - Flexible working hours and hybrid workJoin us today and let’s create a success story together!
