You will closely work with our marketing stakeholders from several products, including Setapp — one of the biggest of our products.Setapp is MacPaw’s subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 240+ Mac and iOS apps for daily tasks that cover such categories as productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance.As a Senior Product Analyst, you will have a crucial role in shaping the future of the product by analyzing user data, identifying opportunities for product improvement, and working closely with multiple marketing teams.Together with us, you will bring our marketing analytics to a new level by building consistent analytics through all channels, challenging current approaches, researching, and finding the best ones to boost marketing efforts and synergy.If you are a self-driven person who’s capable of tackling loosely defined problems and driving strategic impact — don’t hesitate to apply!In this role, you will:-Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor marketing metrics, find problems, and investigate root causes-Explore and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user acquisition and marketing performance-Use quantitative methods to find bottlenecks and opportunities, cooperate with the team on storming and validation of hypotheses-Ensure and expand data literacy in the team-Research channels performance and attribution and provide actionable insights for channels optimization-Support in building marketing strategy and goals for channels-Measure the impact of brand activities on product metricsSkills you’ll need to bring:-You possess the skill to comprehend and address loosely defined problems, generating pertinent solutions and actionable insights that steer product development decisions-Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, fluency with marketing channels-Solid knowledge of SQL-Proficient expertise in Web analytics-Experience in experiments planning and analysis-Solid understanding of main SaaS metrics and unit economy-Intermediate+ level of English and desire to improve it-Autonomy and proactivity in communication-You are result-oriented and comfortable with presenting your findings to stakeholdersAs a plus:-Knowledge of Python/R, GA/GTM-Experience with Google Ads/Facebook Ads and their APIs-Built analytics with GDPR complianceWhat we offer:We are a Ukrainian company, and we stand with Ukraine against russian aggressionWe maintain workplaces and salaries for the mobilized Macpawians and provide financial support to colleagues or their families affected by the war.Hybrid work modelIt’s entirely up to you whether to work remotely or at the hub.
