Responsibilities:
– communicate to a diverse range of stakeholders the status of the game and its future plans.
– planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management, monitoring the speed and quality of development, etc
– be an interface between Game Design, Art, Engineering, QA and C-level management
– creating and ensuring that the product plans are understood across the different stakeholders of each department involved in the operations and drive the execution of those plans
– provide production overview and establish a risk assessment on deliverables based on status and progression to stakeholders
– coordinate and align backlogs, and manage production dependencies and priorities
– accountable for the setup and monitoring of performance management for Game Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and other teams to properly ensure their quality and speed of delivery
– budgeting control and control of product delivery within set deadlines
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as Producer in mobile game development
– experience with multiplayer games
– experience in setting up and optimizing processes
– knowledge of the game development process, especially with outsourced teams
– ability to meet deadlines in a strong team environment
– great organizational and communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentational)
