Head of procurement programs (purchasing area - IT and banking equipment).

Key responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Ensures monitoring of customer needs in IT procurement, holds regular meetings with customers (users), determines procurement needs, analyzes and participates in the preparation of tender specifications.< /li>
• Ensures preparation and competitive selection of IT suppliers together with a procurement expert (prescriber) / customer.
• Ensures transparent competitive selection of IT suppliers
• Manages relationships with IT suppliers, vendors and conducting negotiations with them in order to ensure reliable sources of supplies and information about the market and products.
• Develops, submits for approval and implements the IT procurement strategy.
• Draws up an annual plan of procurement activities in the field of IT together with customers (users) (Action plan) and ensures its implementation.
• Leads and manages the base of IT suppliers, ensures optimization of the number of IT suppliers.
• Monitors the effectiveness of procurement processes in the direction of IT procurement, submits and approves proposals for process optimization
• Conducts regular assessment and monitoring of IT procurement and IT supplier risks, develops, approves and implements actions to reduce / eliminate risks .
• Ensures thorough documentation of the IT procurement procurement process.
• Controls and manages current IT procurement contracts.
• Monitors the IT market (monitors price trends, technologies ) >Enters information into the electronic procurement system and other information systems of the bank. Responsible for the quality of entered data.
• Participates in defining policies and procedures for procurement activities, determining conditions and mechanisms for procurement.
• Ensures the collection of information on the efficiency of IT suppliers.< /li>
• Performs control of the execution of IT contracts, evaluation and analysis of their effective use by the internal customer and execution by the supplier.

BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a higher education.
• For 5 years he has been working as a senior / leading IT and IT security procurement specialist
• Knowledge of the English language - Upper-intermediate , Advanced
• Negotiation skills
• Working with a computer (MS Office, SAP)
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of tender sites (SAP ARIBA, Smart Tender, Prozzoro, etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Power Point
• Knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of the Global Standard for Procurement and Supply (CIPS) . >WE OFFER:
