We are currently looking for a PPC Team Lead in the agency ="font-weight: 700">iProspect Ukraine, which is part of dentsu Ukraine.

iProspect is a full digital agency whose mission is to help clients transform your marketing by evaluating the effectiveness of each communication. And we do this with the help of a large number of tools, but the main areas are PPC, SEO, media and analytics.

Your tasks:

Management of a team of PPC specialists: training, hiring and team development, performance review, etc.;
Develop PPC strategies for clients and look for growth points for clients' business;
Implement effective performance approaches, advertising campaigns and channels;
Prepare digital and PPC strategies for new and existing clients, participate in presentations together with the team.

It is important for us:

Experience in the position of Senior PPC specialist or Digital marketer from 3 years. Experience as a Team Lead, head of department or mentor will be a plus;
Experience in the development and implementation of PPC and/or digital strategies in agencies or in-house;
Knowledge and confident use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, CPA networks, price aggregators and other advertising channels;
Experience with GA4, Google Looker;
The desire to develop and build a career in the field of digital advertising (performance + media);
Analytical mindset, readiness and ability to look for development points, form and test hypotheses;
Knowledge of the English language is not lower than B1 level.
