Senior PPC specialist (Google Media Buyer) in BigFish Partners

We are a large ambitious iGaming media buying team. We are rapidly developing, expanding and need new team members. We invite an experienced specialist with excellent knowledge of Google Ads and experience in building a team.

We are not just looking for a Bayer. We need an experienced and ambitious person to build a team. A person who will be able to bring new experience and ideas to the company, as well as be able to ensure the implementation of his ideas and management tasks.

Task:

• setting up and optimizing Google Ads using all possible tools;< /li>
• market analysis and search hypothesis for connections;
• formation and control of tasks for creating creatives, landings, etc.;
• warming up of accounts, analysis of survival statistics, improvement of existing warm-up algorithms;
• li>control of financial indicators of advertising campaigns, optimization of RK, landings, creatives, etc.;
• conversion analysis of various products, selection of the most effective;
• selection and training of personnel in its team, control and management of subordinates;
• constant development of own and team skills;
• formation of hypotheses and control of the implementation of tools to improve the speed or efficiency of team work;
• and the main thing, as a result, is ensuring the availability and further scaling of profitable connections.

From you:

• perfect command of Google Ads tools;
• excellent knowledge and understanding of Google Help;
• experience of working with analytical services — Similarweb/Ahrefs, etc.;
• confident command of data tables (Excel, Google Sheets);
• experience with affiliate marketing, deep understanding of the iGaming niche.
• knowledge trackers, TDS, spy services, etc.;
• ability to work in multitasking conditions and within set deadlines;
• experience in building and managing a team.
