Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses, companies from Ukraine engaged in wholesale and retail trade, production, etc.

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Senior PPC specialist to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has successful experience with contextual and targeted advertising, knows how to generate ideas, is not afraid to create something new and test it, is proactive and likes to work in a team. And most importantly, our ideal candidate does not stand still, follows trends, likes to test hypotheses and wants to grow together with the company.

What needs to be done:

• Development of a strategy for launching contextual and targeted advertising for lead generation
• Management of contextual advertising: writing advertising texts, setting up TK for a designer for banners, optimization of advertising campaigns
• Management targeted advertising: development of marketing funnels and advertising launch strategy, preparation of technical specifications for the designer, writing of advertising texts, control and optimization of advertising campaigns
• Working with GTM and GA4: setting up conversions and data transfer control
• Working with Microsoft Clarity to optimize and increase the conversion rate of pages
• Working with analytics and CRM: building reports, monitoring conversions, funnels, value of sales
• Optimization of advertising budgets, control of ROAS, CAC, CR

Our candidate has:

• experience of RRS work as a specialist from 4 years
• experience of working with Google Ads, Meta Ads (TikTok ads and Linkedin Ads - will be an advantage): full understanding of the work of advertising cabinets, setup, launch, scaling
• ability to write sales and conversion texts for advertising
• experience in setting up technical specifications for the designer for the development of creatives for advertising
• understanding the principles of building sales landing pages
• ability to work with GTM and GA4 configuration
