Looking for an experienced specialist to launch advertising campaigns from scratch (weather apps).
Quite a small project with an appropriate marketing budget
Part-time (up to 20 hrs/week).

We’re a Ukrainian team developing the mobile weather app RainViewer used worldwide.
RainViewer gathers and processes weather radar data through 80+ countries and has almost the biggest weather radar coverage on the market.

What to do:
* Plan: analyze the market and make data-driven decisions on the promo campaign launches
* Create various PPC campaigns across a range of advertising platforms
* Manage: monitor the success of campaigns and adjust to make them more profitable
* Report: produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
Qualifications:
* 3+ y commercial experience as a PPC Manager, with campaigns for Tier 1-2 countries
* Experience in working with different campaign types through the Apple Search Ads: today tab, product pages ads, discovery & search; campaign bidding, CR and ROMI/MRR optimization
* Understanding the principles of choosing an appropriate OS platform for promotion
* Experience in launching and optimizing current UAC TROAS campaigns installing, optional experience with the re-engagement campaign type
* Experience in launching new Facebook/Insta campaigns to increase installs + measuring their effectiveness
* Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, Kochava, ASA tools (or similar)
* Analytical thinking with strong math skills. Excellent attention to details
