What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working closely with cross-functional product team;
• Deep understanding of the product development process;
• Experience with Web applications and CRM systems;
• Understanding the basics of product usability. Ability to work in a single team with a designer to create a user-centered solution;
• Ability to completely independently lead any function/project from problem/idea to release and achieving the desired result;
• Ability to decompose and describe tasks for team members (especially developers) with the necessary details in a short period of time.
• Deep understanding of product metrics
• Experience with product analytics systems such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau, etc.;
• Experience using prioritization frameworks.
• Experience in managing stakeholders from different directions.

Will be an advantage:
• Experience with products in the Marketplace and E-commerce sphere;
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and making decisions based on their results.

What you will do:
• Participation in the development of the vision of new projects/functions;
• Collect and process inquiries from other interested parties;
• Create and manage the product backlog based on the product roadmap, company goals and priorities, data and user experience;
• Fully autonomously lead the development of a project/feature from vision to validation, decomposition, design, idea testing, description, development with the team, evaluation, planning, development, release and iterations to achieve goals and required product metrics;
• Define and perform various experiments to achieve required product metrics;
• Work daily with the development team as a Scrum Product Owner with all necessary ceremonies.
