What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working closely with a cross-functional product team;
• Deep understanding of the product development process;
• Experience with web applications and CRM systems;
• Understanding of product usability fundamentals. Ability to work in a team with a designer to create a user-centered solution;
• Ability to fully independently lead any feature/project from problem/idea to release and achieving the desired result;
• Ability to decompose and describe tasks team members (especially developers) with the necessary details in a short period of time.
• Deep understanding of product metrics
• Experience with product analytics systems such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau etc.;
• Experience in using prioritization frameworks.
• Experience in stakeholder management from different directions.

It will be an advantage:
• Experience in working with products in the field of Marketplace and E-commerce;
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and making decisions based on their results.

What you will do:
• Participate in developing the vision for new projects/features;
• Collect and process requests from other stakeholders;
• Create and manage the product backlog based on the product roadmap, company goals and priorities, data and user experience;
• Fully independently lead the development of a project/feature from vision to validation, decomposition, design, idea testing, description, development with the team, evaluation, planning, development, release and iterations to achieve goals and required metrics of the product;
• Define and execute various experiments to achieve the required product metrics;
• Work daily with the development team as a Scrum Product Owner with all necessary ceremonies.
