Ensuring high-quality and consistent performance of tasks and components of the supported project within the stipulated time and within the framework of the approved budget; Justification of the need to open the project; Determination of risks and dependencies of the project, as well as possible ways to eliminate them; Formalization and visualization of the project; Determination of resources and the project team; implementation of the project, evaluation of implementation efficiency; Control of fulfilled obligations (project performance indicators); Control of used resources; Preparation of a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each phase of the project, etc.; Analysis of existing business processes and products related to implementation in the Bank of the project; Analysis of IT opportunities for requests for changes to products or processes affected by the implementation of the project; Construction of a business forecast. BASIC SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education in the field of "Project Management", "Applied Informatics / Mathematics", "Automated control systems and information processing" or another direction of training in specialties that correspond to the main functional responsibilities of this vacancy. Work experience in the direction of project activity - from 2 years. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of project management methodologies and project programs (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, PMI's PMBOK, etc.). Practical experience using project management tools and project programs (MS Project, JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO, etc.) Ability to work with large volumes of data (experience working with databases, building queries for reporting, consolidation and database analysis data). Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Excel, VBA). Experience in writing TK for IT - from 2 years. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, ability to write SQL queries is desirable.
