We are inviting an experienced and passionate Senior Project Manager to join our team

Required Skills:
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in an IT outsourcing company.
• Good knowledge of Traditional (PMI, Waterfall, etc.) and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management frameworks.
• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Expert in Jira and/or other collaboration tools (Notion, Confluence, or similar)
• Good at People Management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and meeting facilitation skills.
•Self-motivated and proactive person, with an agile mindset
• Full working proficiency in English (both speaking and writing skills).

Would be a plus:
• Portfolio/Program management experience
• Certification (Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / PSM / PMI ACP / other)
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study.

Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage project development from project Initiation to Closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits.
• Take part in the Engagement process (project estimation, creating proposals, negotiations with the client).
• Manage client expectations related to a project, monitor and increase client satisfaction, and facilitate client communications.
• Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.).
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and portfolio teams.

• Contribute to the company’s PMO — develop templates, improve processes, establish best practices
