Senior Plant Controller in CRH Ukraine

CRH’s American Depositary Shares are listed on the NYSE.CEMARK is searching for a Senior Plant Controllerwho will provide support to Country Finance manager and Podilsky Cement Plant manager with all aspects of monthly reporting, planning, cost analysis and controlling activities.Key responsibilities:month-end closing procedure and costing run in SAP;preparation of Income statement forecasts;submission of monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual management reporting in ExQL (all types of reports);preparation of analytical costs reports, providing information after the period closings and upon request;budgeting process and strategic plan development;approval of roles in SAP (GRC approver), responsible for all aspect of SAP relating to costs reporting;KPI reporting, annual technical reporting to GTS (APPR; CPTR), providing commentaries upon request;analysis and signing of contract documents;development and execution of internal control requirements (SOX);creation of capex applications in the CX portal;administration of leased assets accounting in accordance with IFRS 16preparation of presentation and analytical materials for industrial, SG&A review and other meetings;participation in various cross-functional projects, digitalisation and automation group-wide projects;Requirements:5+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting/controlling/reporting in preferrably international companyKnowledge of Ukrainian and IFRS accounting and reporting standardsDeep understanding of production accounting and Cost of sales reportingExperience in preparation of management / financial reporting packagesExcellent analytical and communication skillsSound technical skills, experience in SAP and MS office applicationsUpper intermediate level of English (Oral and written)Higher education in finance, accounting or auditPart qualified/qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent is an advantageWe offer:Interesting job at international company;Developmental opportunities;Opportunity to work with an experienced team of professionals;Safety work environment;Health insurance;Additional Bonus system.
