Senior PHP (Laravel) Engineer in Binariks

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior PHP (Laravel) Engineer.
Project: building and supporting fully branded apps for pharmacies in Ireland.
This software helps pharmacy companies drive business efficiencies, build their brand and delight patients.

This is a part-time position.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of practical experience with PHP 7/8
• Expert knowledge of Laravel Framework
• Experience with GIT
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Code Refactoring, Query Optimization experience
• Experience with PHPUnit is a big advantage
• Exhaustive knowledge of database design and implementation
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication

Will be a plus:

• Healthcare experience
• Understanding of Elixir CI/CD

Responsibilities:

• Development of new business initiatives, an extension of existing ones
• Help the team with analysis of requirements, take part in technical discussions
• Supporting existing applications by doing refactoring tasks on existing code, developing feature enhancements, and fixing bugs;
• Taking an active part in improvements and optimizations to the systems
• Resolve technical problems, and critical thinking on the development approach
