Senior PHP developer (Symfony) in Apomedical (IL) Ltd

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for project architecture, development, testing, and support of e-commerce software. The Senior Software Developer will also identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.Responsibilities: Design and develop software to meet customer requirements; Develop and maintain code to established standards; Review and provide recommendations related to engineering efforts, implementation plans and deployment of complex software programs. Participate in release management and scheduling, as well as provide recommendations for design or production diagnostics problems. Troubleshoot and debug programs; Assist in code verification and provide feedback to other developers; software components in the system; Develop and maintain technical and user documentation; Collaborate with project managers, designers, product owners and other stakeholders; Conduct presentations of completed work for stakeholders. Skills and requirements: 3+ years of professional software development experience; Full experience in PHP, Symfony or other PHP frameworks, such as Yii2, Laravel;Experience with microservices architecture.Able to build high-performance applications;Have a strong understanding of product development;Have a business-oriented mindset;Have skills in using APIs such as REST;Have experience with AWS or similar cloud providers and CI/CD tools;Work experience SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL): writing complex queries, optimizing database queries; Ability to work both individually and in a team.
