We are currently in the exciting phase of developing our own CRM system. To ensure its success, we seek an experienced Senior PHP Developer to provide independent consultation to our IT Department . Employment : Part-time

Salary : The base salary is based on an hourly rate of $30/hour. There are no fixed work hours; we will contact you when we need your consultation or assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing web applications;
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English;
• Extensive expertise in PHP programming;
• Thorough understanding of database design and implementation;
• Profound understanding of advanced architectural principles, both theoretical and practical;
• Hands-on experience with the Symfony framework;
• Ability to design with a focus on both technical and business perspectives;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire web stack and its impact on performance and reliability;
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and performance-driven solutions;
• Proven experience in taking ownership of projects or tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and consultation to the IT Department on PHP development best practices and methodologies;
• Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable PHP-based solutions for our CRM system;
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals;
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team;
• Conduct code reviews, recommend improvements, and meet code quality, performance, and security standards;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PHP development and integration within the CRM system;
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve development processes and outcomes continuously.
