We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead/Senior PHP Developer to join our team and develop company products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern PHP development, be proficient with various modern technologies, and have a strong background in affiliate networks and lead generation/routing solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding our technical team and driving the success of our projects.

Qualifications:

— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

— Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Tech Lead.

— Strong expertise in PHP and frameworks like Symfony.

— Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like ClickHouse.

— Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

— Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows (Git, Docker, CI/CD).

— Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

— Experience in affiliate networks and lead generation/routing solutions.

— Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

— Experience with message brokers and data streaming (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

— Knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

— Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

— Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

— Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

— Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP and related technologies.

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

— Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

— Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

— Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

— Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance issues.

— Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
