This role is for a person who knows how to create texts for the result: opening accounts, credit applications, connecting acquiring, cross-selling products for FOP and SMEs.

Your background that we need:

• Experience in performance copywriting / CRM communications.
• Education: Ukrainian philology, linguistics, journalism or related fields.
• Excellent command of the Ukrainian language (stylistics, rhetoric, structure).
• Experience in creating: Tone of Voice Guide Content Style Guide.
• Understanding the sales funnel, segmentation and behavioral triggers.
• Experience with CRM systems (eSputnik, Salesforce or similar) will be a plus.
• Confident use of AI tools to speed up work (ChatGPT, Claude etc.).
• Experience with Jira, Google Docs/Sheets task managers.
