We are currently looking for a Senior People Partner at Liven.
Liven creates an ecosystem of products that help people better understand themselves, control their thoughts and, as a result, feel better.
We believe that self-exploration is a life-long journey and that is why we build self-discovery companion app, which makes this journey clear, enjoyable and interesting. We started with an application that has already been installed by one and a half million users and are gradually adding new services to it. Launching online expert sessions and nutritional supplements for recovery.
As a Senior People Partner at Liven, you will develop our culture, support team growth and influence the creation of a product that changes the lives of users.
What challenges await you:
— Close work and coaching of team leaders: help in the development of managerial skills, support in difficult HR situations, development of a culture of Radical Candor;
— Formation of a development system, maintenance and succession planning planning);
— Participation in optimization and improvement of the company’s organizational structure in order to support scaling and increase the effectiveness of team interaction;
— Support and scaling of all employee lifecycle processes in accordance with the growth of Product & Engineering directions (onboarding, performance review, career development, etc.);
— Strengthening of corporate culture and microclimate in the team during rapid growth;
— Support of initiatives related to well-being and mental health, in cooperation with an external provider;
— Use of people data (HR analytics) for reasoned decisions and recommendations for business.
What is important to us:
— 3+ years of experience as a People/Talent Partner, HR Specialist (preferably — working with product and/or technical teams);
— You have a good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and have practical experience in scaling them;
— You have experience working with various HRMS (HiBob, People Force and others);
— You have strong communication skills skills: you can negotiate, convey an opinion, build win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the level of teams and working groups;
— You are result-oriented: you know how to set priorities, monitor progress, search for resources, ask the right questions ("what problem are we solving?"), meet deadlines;
— English at the Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level;
— You have a proactive and proactive approach: you take responsibility, offer new ideas, experiment for faster and better results.
Definitely a plus:
— Skill and experience in facilitating team sessions (e.g. for product and technical leaders);
— Experience in organizing team events that strengthen culture and engagement;
— Knowledge or interest in people analytics (collection and interpretation of HR metrics);
— Experience in supporting well-being/mental health programs health;
— Sense of humor
