• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal payroll department in an international shared services center
• Knowledge of the Accurat HCM system is crucial
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Education in payroll, accounting, business management or related field
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and SAP will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical skills and ability to solve problems
