Duties:
1. Building partnerships in a new region:
- Research and mapping of potential corporate partners in Ukraine, Switzerland and other European countries;
- Identification of companies that have active CSR-, ESG- or philanthropic programs and are ready to support humanitarian initiatives in Ukraine;
- Establishing contacts and conducting meetings through the RCC Ukraine and RCC Switzerland networks;
- Building trust and partnership relations with representatives of business and corporate foundations;
- Definition of cooperation formats — financial support, joint projects, corporate volunteering, expert assistance;
- Preparation of proposals for long-term cooperation (framework agreements, corporate memoranda, letters of support).
2. Representation of the Organization:
- Presentation of KCC activities at business forums, conferences, industry events and networking;
- Preparation of information materials for external stakeholders (briefings, presentations);
- Coordination with colleagues from PR/communications regarding public highlighting partnerships;
- Establishing initial contact with potential donors and initiating meetings/presentations about the Organization's activities.
3. Advocacy activities:
- Formulation of key messages regarding the problems of communities affected by hostilities;
- Promotion of national and regional topics (restoration, access to services, integration of IDPs, evacuation, reintegration of veterans, humanitarian demining, etc.);
- Cooperation with humanitarian clusters and coordination structures.
4. Administrative and analytical work:
- Maintenance of a database of partners, history of communication, joint projects;
- Preparation of reports, notes after meetings, partnership development plans;
- Support in the preparation of Memoranda, agreements, letters of support.
5. Initiation of joint projects:
- Development of ideas for joint initiatives with business (in Ukraine and abroad) through RCC Ukraine and RCC Switzerland Association;
- Consulting companies on submitting joint grant applications or developing CSR programs;
- Promoting the exchange of experience between business partners, development of corporate volunteering and social impact programs. Corporate fundraising and CSR direction;
- Development and implementation of a strategy for attracting corporate funding through RCC Ukraine and RCC Switzerland Association;
- Preparation of individual partnership proposals for businesses - corporate donations, targeted programs, cause-related marketing, employee giving;
- Initiation of corporate campaigns and social responsibility programs in support of humanitarian initiatives;
- Support of partnership relations and development of long-term cooperation;
- Monitoring the corporate philanthropy market and searching for new opportunities to attract resources.
