Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced person with a passion for technology and over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and network technologies for our Cybersecurity DreamTeam in Gliwice. Build a safe future of Polish and European industry with us!
Requirements:
- Higher education in a field of study or related field
- Min. 8 years of experience in system administration and/or network engineering and cybersecurity, of which min. 2 years in a role related to IT/OT security or at least 4 years in a role related to IT security
- Good knowledge of issues related to network engineering (TCP/IP stack, switching, routing)
- Knowledge of Defense in Depth and ZeroTrust, DMZ assumptions
- Experience in implementing and/or working with tools such as FW, VPN, IDS/IPS
- Good knowledge of the Linux operating system (preferablyej at the administrator level)
- Experience in designing network architecture taking into account the specification of cybersecurity requirements
- Knowledge of issues and experience related to cyber risk analysis
- Analytical skills, ability to methodically diagnose and solve problems
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and high motivation for continuous self-education
- Ability to create technical documentation, write technical reports
- Openness, flexibility and team orientation
- English – min. intermediate (min. B2) in speech and writing
- Polish language (native)
- Criminal record certificate

- Knowledge of an additional foreign language (German, French)
- Practical knowledge of Forensic issues
- Experience in conducting penetration tests
- Knowledge of OWASP
- Knowledge/experience in working with SIEM/SOAR tools
- Knowledge of cyber threat recognition issues Intelligence), experience with CTI tools
- Experience with Cloud technologies and architecture
- Knowledge of DWDM and/or MPLS (IP/TP) technologies

- Certifications e.g.: CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, Network+, CEH, LPT, and industry-specific: GIAC GRID, GICSP, GCIP, IEC62443
- Experience in working with industrial environments (OT/ICS), knowledge of industrial specifics and protocols (Profinet/Modbus)
- Knowledge of requirements NIS2, CRA, CER, TISAX, IEC62443 (Industrial Communication Networks – Network and System Security)
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-82: Guide to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security
- Knowledge MITER ATT&CK for ICS
