What you’ll dointhis role Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Applications, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9Assist inthe configuration ofexisting and new functionality within the client’s Oracle modulesCollaborate with “Super Users” tofacilitate reconciliation and Month-End processesParticipate intesting for implementation ofbusiness and system changes and upgradesManage and resolve Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle SupportCoordinate with Oracle DBAs and System Administrators toresolve technical issuesConduct knowledge transfer sessions toenhance the client’s ERP resources’ capabilitiesDevelop, maintain, and document test cases and use casesSupport customization, personalization, and extension ofstandard Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pagesProvide consulting support for AME Approvals, setting upnew approval rules, and user managementWe’re looking forStrong proficiency inOracle technologies, including Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle XMLPublisher, and Workflow BuilderExperience with Oracle modules such asGeneral Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), and Order Management (OM)Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and integration with SQL, PLSQL, Forms, Reports, and Concurrent ProgramsAbility toanalyze program changes, participate intechnical troubleshooting, and implement technical solutionsKnowledge ofOracle User Management, access management, and approval hierarchiesExperience inproviding functional and technical support for Oracle R12.2, including configuration, customization, and enhancementsProactive problem-solving attitude and ability todeliver high-quality solutions inatimely mannerExcellent English communication skills, atleast upper-intermediate level.
