We are seeking an experienced Oracle Middleware Specialist with over 6 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware administration and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic Server, and Identity Management, with extensive experience in Oracle R.12 environments. Join our Client team, a leading IT outsourcing company based in South Africa, as they expand their operations into Eastern Europe. They specialize in providing top-notch Oracle and ERP solutions to enterprise clients across Africa. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can design and implement robust middleware solutions, ensuring system performance and security.

What you’ll do in this role

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware environments, including Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic Server, and Identity Management.
• Design and implement SOA and BPM solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Optimize middleware architecture for performance, high availability, and security.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect middleware environments.
• Develop and execute plans for middleware upgrades and patching.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies and best practices.

We’re looking for

• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Middleware administration and development, with a focus on Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic Server, and Identity Management.
• Certifications:
• Certified Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Administrator.
• Certified Oracle SOA Suite 12c Developer.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in middleware architecture, performance tuning, high availability, and security.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing SOA and BPM solutions for clients in the telecommunications, retail, and transportation industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
