Requirements:
— Experience in providing consulting support services for AME Approvals and setting up new approval rules;
— Familiarity with Table structures & Application Object Library (AOL);
— Ability to analyze program changes, participate in technical troubleshooting, and implement technical solutions;
Expertise in the following Oracle Database Tools and Technologies:
— SQL;
— SQL*Plus;
— SQL*Loader;
— PL/SQL Store Procedures & Packages;
— Java & J-Developer;
— Application Programming Interface (API);
— Data Loader;
— Oracle Reports;
— Oracle XML Publisher;
— Workflow builder;
— Data Conversions & Interfaces.
Experience in Oracle User Management:
— Creating, maintaining, and modifying access to users.
— Managing online Access forms on Manage Engine (Harmony Ticketing Application);
— Updating and maintaining Approval Hierarchies;
— Accurate and effective record-keeping for audit purposes (Sarbanes Oxley Compliance requirements);
Conducting user management audit activities as per Sarbanes Oxley Compliance requirements:
— Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting;
— Obtaining relevant approval;
— Record-keeping;
— Ensuring a clean Audit report (Harmony’s SOX requirements).
— Willingness to be on-site as and when required by Harmony.
Responsibilities:
— Solve all production issues (Functional & Technical);
— Configure existing and new functionality within Harmony’s deployed Oracle modules;
— Assist “Super Users” with reconciliation and Month-End processes;
— Assist “Super Users” with Testing for implementation of business and system changes and upgrades.
— Open, manage, and resolve Oracle SRs with Oracle Support;
— Assist, monitor, and measure Interface Table Cleaning on a weekly basis;
— Coordinate with Oracle DBAs and System administrators to resolve internal technical issues;
— Provide knowledge transfer to Harmony ERP resources;
— Make modifications/changes and minor new developments for components/tasks such as standard functionality not deployed in Harmony, custom Oracle Reports, custom API and Packages, workflows and notifications, ad-hoc PL/SQL queries, AME and standard workflow approvals;
— Prepare implementation methodology documents for Enhancements/Changes/Issue Fixes/Oracle SRs Solution if applicable;
— Perform Data Cleansing;
— Database Administration and System Administration Activities;
— Server administration including Unix/Linux administration and network administration;
— Hardware O/S, Network, Storage procurement/configuration/installation;
— Issues related to hardware, hardware sizing & performance tuning.
