Main responsibilities in the position: Design and implementation of system architecture; Processing, preparation and analysis of data; Development and testing of machine learning models, as well as their implementation; Support of existing models; Application of statistical methods for data analysis and interpretation, search for patterns and insights for improvement of the quality of models; automation and templating of repetitive tasks; development and support of algorithms for recommender systems; cooperation with cross-functional teams to implement solutions; conducting complex statistical analysis on large data sets to confirm the correctness of business decision-making. Our wishes to the candidate :3+ years of proven commercial experience; 5+ years of Python, R and related packages such as Scikit - learn, Shap, Pandas; High level of knowledge in SQL (CTE, window functions); Strong mathematical knowledge ( education preferred in computer science or mathematics); Experience working with large data sets, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms and model development; Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical in nature). Advantage will be: Ability identify promising scenarios for creating additional values ​​in business; Experience in the field of retail trade; Familiarity with artificial intelligence frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Langchain; Experience with Scientific Python tools (NumPy, pandas, Scikit - learn, Keras / TensorFlow or PyTorch); Experience with big data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark or Hive; Experience with statistical research and A/B testing; Experience with data visualization tools and methods.
