Our wishes to candidate: 3+ years of proven commercial experience; 5+ years of Python, R and related packages such as Scikit — learn, Shap, Pandas; High level of knowledge in SQL (CTE, window functions); Strong mathematical knowledge (preferred degree in computer science or mathematics); Experience with large data sets, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms and model development; Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical in nature). An advantage will be: Ability to identify promising scenarios to create additional business value; Experience in retail; Familiarity with artificial intelligence frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Langchain; Experience with Scientific Python toolkit (NumPy, pandas, Scikit — learn, Keras / TensorFlow or PyTorch); Experience with big data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark or Hive; Experience with statistical research and A/B testing; Experience with data visualization tools and methods.
