Senior/Middle Data Analyst (Arbitrage) in Upstars

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Middle/Senior Data Analyst (Arbitrage) ✅Your future tasks :- development and maintenance of interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key performance indicators of campaigns, ensuring their ease of understanding for the team and stakeholders;- definition of requirements for the development of data showcases for ETL engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data for analysis;- monitoring of reports on the subject changes in metrics, including data-mining to identify anomalies and trends in data; - analysis of the conversion funnel on partner products in case of low traffic conversion and issuing recommendations for improving efficiency; - conducting plan vs fact reporting, presenting the main changes in indicators on weekly/ monthly meetings and their reasons.💪Your skills: - advanced command of Tableau and SQL: for effective work with reports and data analysis; - experience in product analytics and digital marketing: understanding the mechanisms of product operation and attracting traffic; - inquisitive mind: ability to critically thinking and solving complex tasks; - presentation and communication skills: the ability to convey information clearly and clearly to a diverse audience. 🤞 Desirable, but not critical: - experience in traffic arbitration; - work as a marketing analyst; - work as a product analyst; - experience working with BigQuery; - knowledge of Python or R; - experience in machine learning and statistical analysis.
