We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior/Middle Business Analyst in a newly formed product department. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about using technology to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Collection and Analysis:

< li> Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document and validate business requirements.
• Analysis and transformation of business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Identification and analysis of business requirements.
• Support of the task from the statement to the developer to the final acceptance testing by the business customer
• Cooperation with the development team to determine the requirements for API integration. Documenting API requirements and participating in the testing process to ensure correct integration.
• Definition of requirements for the integration of hardware devices, such as GPS trackers, into business systems. Cooperation with technical specialists to ensure correct configuration and integration of trackers.
• Collaboration with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• Ensuring that mobile applications meet usability requirements, including navigation, element placement, speed, and accessibility for different user groups.
• Participation in the creation of prototypes and mockups of mobile applications with a focus on usability and compliance with business goals.
• Defining and documenting business requirements for integrating accounting systems and billing processes into the product.
• Cooperation with the development team to set up billing systems and integrate payment gateways.

Process Improvement:

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to improve efficiency.
• Conducting process modeling and developing solutions to optimize business operations.

Stakeholder Management:

• Acting as a mediator between business stakeholders, development teams and other departments.
• Ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, objectives and requirements.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure timely implementation.
• Providing regular updates on project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements through thorough testing and validation.
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinationi feedback session.

Change and Risk Management:

• Identifying and managing changes to processes and systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Coordinating changes with all stakeholders and ensuring their understanding and support.

Documentation Development:

• Preparation and maintenance of detailed requirements, specifications and process documentation.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Proven history of successful implementation of complex projects.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with process modeling tools (eg BPMN, UML).
• Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (eg Jira, Confluence).
• Basic knowledge of SDLC
• Understanding of modern web technologies/client-server architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs including analysis, documentation and integration testing.
• Basic knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.
• Ability to analyze and define requirements for APIs, ensuring integration of various systems and applications.
• Experience with API testing tools (eg Postman, Swagger).
• Ability to analyze data received from trackers and use them for business intelligence.
• Understanding the principles of mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Ability to create detailed technical specifications for mobile developers, including functional and user interface (UI/UX) requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, information technology or related field.
• Relevant certifications (eg CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

Additional skills that will be an advantage

• Experience in analyzing and defining business requirements for mobile applications.
• Understanding how GPS trackers and other similar devices work.
• Experience with hardware solutions, including configuration, integration and device testing.
• Understanding of basic communication protocolsbetween hardware devices and software systems (eg MQTT, TCP/IP).
• Understanding of how accounting systems work, including accounting, financial transactions and reporting.
• Experience with billing systems to automate billing and payment processing processes.
• Ability to integrate payment gateways and ensure secure online payment processing.
