Senior Meta Ads specialist (1/2 time) in Web2Business

We are a fast-growing, startup digital marketing agency, Web2Business: mainly e-commerce stores in terms of Google Ads, Programmatic, Meta Ads and SEO.

We cooperate with clients from various industries, mainly e-commerce, including English-speaking clients. Currently, Meta Ads is a rapidly developing area for us and we are looking for an experienced person to join our nice team :)

We offer:

• Remuneration from PLN 4,000 to PLN 6,000 net (half-time) - depending on experience.

• Remote work with the possibility of working from a cozy office in Warsaw's Żoliborz district.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience in conducting sales campaigns for e-commerce stores required.
• Creativity and the ability to plan interesting campaigns with various advertising goals and at every stage of the marketing funnel.
• Proactiveness: coming up with optimization proposals, making sure that you and others (e.g. graphics) provide the necessary elements of the campaign.
• Taking the initiative and ideas for further development of the campaign and taking a holistic look at customer accounts, offers and promotions.
• Good communication and customer service: ongoing communication with customers via instant messaging such as Slack and attending weekly meetings.
• English required at B2 level or higher.

Welcome, but not required:

• Experience in running advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads.
