Our partner is an international IT/digital holding, which is represented in more than 50 countries of the world and provides complex services in the direction of marketing, in connection with the expansion of the staff, it is looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of the regions where it works. We are looking for an expert who is passionate about the idea of bringing innovations into the world of marketing. Key tasks: - development and implementation of UA strategies - develop plans, set goals/kpi's - formation of channel mix, traffic testing - search, connection of advertising networks - planning, budgeting, performance of campaigns - analysis and forecasting of results, reporting according to metrics - conducting research of competitors, potential traffic channels - participating in the creative development process - forming a team of buyers, effectively managing them Experience and skills: - experience in performance marketing 3+ years - knowledge of the English language at the B1 level and above; - experience working with in-app advertising networks - deep understanding of the main metrics CPA, CPM, СAC, ARPU - good analytical skills, the ability to analyze the results of advertising campaigns - work with analytical tools ( google ads, meta, google analytics, appsflyer, Keitaro) Stages of selection: Interview with a recruiter — Interview with a potential manager — Collection of recommendations — Job Offer.
