You must have a deep understanding of identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs), creating high-performing content, and analysing data to continuously improve campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:- ICP Research & Audience Profiling- Content Strategy Development- Ad Campaign Management- Data Analysis & Optimization- Scaling CampaignsRequirements:- Know how to create a compelling offer.- Know what to include in a landing page to increase trust and conversion rates.- Know what a good ad/creative looks like and how to make them.- Have a basic understanding of email flows, what emails to send, and when, to increase conversion rates.- Experience working with influencers and/or whitelisting ads on their account.Bonus 1: Proven experience managing paid ads for premium, high-ticket products ($1,500+), from the very beginning.Bonus 2: Experience selling products people want but don't need.We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our mission of growing the brand.
