Growe is looking for Senior Media Buyer Apps.
We specialize in the development of iGaming brands from scratch in emerging markets: Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns;
- Monitor and report daily campaigns;
- Plan, set up, optimize, and scale a new traffic source;
- Generate ideas for creatives, funnels, A/B tests, and conversion rate improvements;
- Be responsible for tracking, campaign analysis, and devising strategies to move forward;
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI;
- Create media buying monthly/quarterly plans;
- Look for new business opportunities based on the acquisition’s performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ Years experience running paid ad campaigns within the gray niche;
- Understanding webview app promotion campaign and tools infrastructure;
- Experience with the following advertising sources: In-App (UnityAds, Smadex, Mintegral or similar), Google UAC or ASO;
- Know how to scale one of these channels to large budgets and drive value;
- Experience working with Voluum or Keitaro, Appsflyer, and Multibrowsers;
- Knowledge of Sportsbook & Casinos industry would be beneficial;
- High proficiency in reporting, campaign analysis, and optimization.

- Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically and identify and resolve problems;
- Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentational).
