Main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, launch and scaling of advertising campaigns in leading advertising networks (Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video).
- Interaction with local and international agencies that specialize in media advertising (Pre rolls, banners, stickers).
- Management of the full traffic purchase cycle: from testing to scaling and optimization.
- Working with advertising platforms.
- Constant analytics of campaigns, optimization of bids, audiences and creatives based on KPI (CTR, ROI, eCPA, LTV).
- Search and testing new traffic sources, formats and approaches.
- Working closely with a team of designers and copywriters to create effective creatives.
- Working with trackers and analytics systems for detailed performance tracking.
- Forming reports and forecasts for management on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Participating in the development of media strategies for new products or geo.
Necessary skills:
- Experience from 3 years in the position of Media Buyer with a focus on advertising networks and mediabuying agencies.
- Experience in purchasing traffic from Tier1 and Tier2 countries.
- Confident mastery of the main types of advertising of traffic: Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video, Media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with trackers and understanding of monetization funnels.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics: eCPA, CTR, ROI, CR, ARPPU, etc.
- Ability to quickly adapt strategies to changing market or product conditions.
- Experience scaling campaigns with large budgets.
- Strong analytical skills, A/B testing experience.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting for finance/marketing teams.
- English - Intermediate+
