Senior Media Buyer in Genesis

Hello! We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Senior Media Buyer to promote a Social Discovery product, ready to generate hundreds of hypotheses for tests and buy $300,000+ per month. Your responsibilities will be: Launch and manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Snapchat to engage and returning users; Constant evaluation of results, conducting tests and optimization of advertising campaigns in accordance with set KPIs; Providing feedback and cooperation with the creative team to improve creatives; Communication with representatives of TikTok, Meta, Snapchat; Proactive participation in product development and marketing strategies; Competitor analysis. Required skills: 2+ years of experience buying traffic with a monthly budget of $300k+ in TikTok, Meta, Snapchat; Purchasing by CPA and ROI/ROAS model; Working with web2app and SKAN purchasing; Working with Appsflyer audiences and ad networks; Using analytical tools, understanding of conversions and the ability to work with reports in Appsflyer, Tableau, Amplitude, Looker Studio; Ability to conduct competitor research, use SensorTower, Appmagic, SimilarWeb; Ability to evaluate and analyze the results of creatives. Will be an advantage: English at the Advanced level; Meta, Google certificates.
