Hello! Let's get to know each other better. We are Quarks, a Ukrainian company that creates products and technologies in the field of Social Discovery and online dating. We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.
Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. For more than 10 years, we've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.
For the last 6 months, we have been building an R&D project for the English-speaking market - Relationships Education, a platform for women who want to build happy relationships. We plan to build an ecosystem of products that will guide and support people on their path to healthy and desirable relationships.
In connection with the scaling of the direction, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager, who will become one of the key members of the R&D team.

What challenges await you in this role:
- Effective traffic scaling using marketing
- Marketing and creative team management
- Testing new traffic attraction tools
- Automation and process optimization
What is important to us:
- 4+ years in Performance Marketing (working in FB Ads)
- Successful experience working with high marketing budgets ($1M+)
- Successful experience scaling new traffic sources on products from scratch
- Availability of managerial experience
- Traction based on the results of work in past positions
- Proactive position: find and offer effective solutions, establish communication with external managers, the desire to go beyond the limits of the area of responsibility
- Business thinking: the ability to critically evaluate information, effectively plan, communicate and make informed decisions that contribute to the fulfillment of business goals
For it will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with Google;
- Interest in psychology and the topic of building relationships.
