We are looking for a qualified and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving growth, improving user experience and increasing lead generation. Working closely with the company's management, sales team and various specialists, you will play an important role in shaping our marketing strategy and achieving significant results.

Your role:

  • Collaborate with leading company experts to create new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and optimization through data analysis, competitor research, user feedback and industry trends.
  • Researching new channels and opportunities for launching marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and increasing company brand awareness in the market.
  • Development and implementation of website optimization strategies to improve user experience , increasing SEO rankings and increasing lead generation through various website components.
  • Monitoring website and campaign metrics, generating reports and turning data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with company management and sales team to create and test new go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration with content writers, designers, SEO specialists and technical experts to implement changes and improvements - campaign planning, team coordination and control of process and results.< /li>
  • Managing the creation of high-quality marketing materials (presentations, newsletters, etc.).
  • Participating in the review of marketing content to ensure brand integrity and messaging effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of promoting, positioning and creating value propositions for IT services with an emphasis on identifying growth points and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and innovativewalk
  • Hands-on experience in creating and scaling content, website optimization, and communication strategies to generate high-quality leads in the IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience effectively managing marketing teams and third-party contractors.
  • Strategic thinking with experience with analytical tools and hands-on experience in setting and tracking KPIs, as well as calculating ROI, LTV, CAC and profitability.
  • Ability to act independently with a goal orientation and proactive approach.
  • English language level is Upper Intermediate+.
  • Will be a plus:

    • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Promotion of cyber security or low-level programming services (or other niche IT services).
