Senior Marketing Manager in Relevant Software

Responsibilities:

• Continue current marketing strategy and generate new ideas based on the business goals of the company;
• Manage the marketing team of 5 people, SEO agency, external writers, designers, and other vendors;
• Manage the processes within the department and its cooperation with other departments of the company;
• Improve company SEO results;
• Increase the number of leads from quarter to quarter;
• Work closely with the Sales department on outreach campaigns and overall processes;
• Conduct constant market and competitive research, collect customer insights and behavior;
• Take part in company services development;
• Organize and conduct various promotional activities like outreach warmups;
• Analyze and control the results of the marketing team activities;
• Create and analyze marketing reports;
• Report to the CEO about the results across channels;
• Plan and control budget spending;

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in marketing in the IT outsourcing company;
• At least 2 years of experience in management;
• Experience with a $10K+ monthly marketing budget;
• Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people;
• SEO and content marketing skills;
• Experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategies;
• Tracking KPIs, calculating ROI, LTV, CAC, and profitability;
• Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, skill to consolidate data from various sources. Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager;
• Analytical thinking, making decisions based on the received data with a positive impact on the marketing performance of the company;
• Upper-Intermediate English level, both verbal and written;
• Be results-oriented, responsible, and creative with a high level of self-organization;
• Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.

Will be a plus:

• Web development skills to make quick fixes on the WordPress website and assign tasks to a developer;
• Knowledge of demand generation;
• Experience in branding and website redesign;
