Senior Marketing Manager in Master

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will transform the marketing strategy into real results and leads for sales.

What will you do

• ensure a stable flow of leads through digital channels
• increase brand awareness through content and advertising
• increase conversions on websites and landing pages
• create content and creatives that support sales
• manage the work of the team and contractors for timely implementation of campaigns
• launch Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance campaigns that bring inquiries from customers
• organize SMS and Viber mailings to attract customers
• collect analytics and prepare reports to improve ROI
• maintain stable work sites and web services for the sales department

We expect

• experience in marketing from 4-5 years
• knowledge of digital, performance, SEO, analytics and media planning
• experience in team and contractor management
• system thinking, analytical skills
• independence, responsibility, result orientation

Would be an advantage: experience in development or real estate
